We are all aware that as engineering Graduates we're mostly required to have some sort of experience or certification in other to stand a chance in getting a job right here in Nigeria ( Even for entry level roles, some forms still require 2 years experience at least). My question now is how do we get these experiences or certifications when we've never been employed. This is 2021, other than your normal certificate what can someone do to boost the chances of been at least invited for an interview?

I need suggestions please. thanks

Nigerian engineers are grossly underpaid in Nigeria. I’ll suggest you find a way to create something for yourself. Certifications don’t go anywhere without actual experience.
