Men of the Nigerian Navy were seen jubilating after news of the appointment of new Chief Of Naval Staff was announced. In a video making rounds on Twitter, it captured men of the Nigerian Navy wildly celebrating the news of the retirement of Vice Admiral Ibok-Ete Ekwe Ibas. A voice in the background could be heard saying the officers were happy because of the change of Chief of Naval Staff.
