In what appears to be a leaked orgy video, Hon. Willie Amadi was caught in the act recording his sex-capade in a three-some. One wonders if it was deliberate or a set up and we sincerely hope others learn from these scandals.

This video is not in any way an assassination of character but a call for caution to keep private dealings discrete.

An Imo State Magistrate Court sitting at Umundugba, Isu local government area, Imo State has convicted a 20-year old school leaver Peter Nwoke for being the mastermind of a simulated group sex video. The sex video which recently went viral featured the Public Complaints Commissioner, Chief Willie Amadi.

The prosecution informed the court that soon after getting a formal complaint from Chief Willie Amadi, the police set up a team of detectives to bring to book all those involved in the alleged crime.

It was after a painstaking investigation by the detectives that Peter Nwoke was arrested and he volunteered a confessional statement.

Peter was charged according to Section 373 of Criminal Code Cap C38 Laws of the Federation 2004, Imo State. He pleaded guilty to the charge after the charge was read to him and he appears to understand the same. He explained the ordeal and how he got hold of the video which he leaked online.

After he gave an account of the crime, Magistrate C.P Nnoromele found him guilty for defamation under Section 373 of Criminal Code Cap C38 LFN 2004. He was convicted and sentenced to one-year imprisonment. According to the Magistrate, this would serve as a deterrent to other young people who may be threading on such a dastardly path.

Chief Wilie Amadi has however remained silent about the whole incident.
