Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer's emails.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints.
- Cross-Sell and Upsell clients products and Services
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
- Provide product and service information to customers.

Requirements
- Qualification: OND/HND, NCE (Minimum of Lower Credit)
- 5 credits in Olevels (Maths and English compulsory)
- Age: Not more than 27 years
- Location: Lekki, Lagos Island, Surulere, Ajah, Victoria
