PROTECT YOUR SELF
The best defense is to protect your water source. Treat water, boil it to kill harmful germs.
Store your water in a closed vessel.
Dispense hygienically with clean handles or taps.
Do not put your hand inside the water.

Food may look fresh and nutritious but might be contaminated, so ensure that all food is thoroughly washed. Make sure that foods are well cooked to kill the harmful organism that they might contain, Do not cook with unwashed hands neither coo when you are sick. Thoroughly wash all kitchen utensils before using them.

Limit your contact with disease-carrying insects, you may stay indoors when these insects are actives.
