No but it can injure u.... I once mistakenly raised my hand under a rolling fan, I just heard kpa ( very loud ) and the fan seemed to slow down a bit the picked up again.... My hand didn't cut but it painted me for days, infact it didn't bleed, just swollen. |

The way I see it, the blades attached to such a fan would have to be really sharp(preferably made from metal) for that to happen. I heard someone once lost a pinkie finger to a brand new industrial fan. Now, that's the worst I've heard so far. |
