The state is not moving backward. apart from Lagos, there is no other places in Nigeria where it is easier to survive than Delta. Unless you mean going backward morally, but we are moving forward economically.

Maybe you don't even know the meaning of economic development in the actual sense. There are many livable and affordable places that are equally soaring in all economic indices.
