Pls doctors in the house help me....for some weeks now have been feeling this hitching sensation all over my body most especially my private part...like its not continous like through out the day but most of d time in the night...so recently I noticed the more scratch my scrotum the more I see the small small swells on my scrotum....pls help profer solution ...its really tearing me apart...thanks so much in advance
