It's called senility: declining brain function due to old age.
It's not compulsory that one must have it when old,but for some unknown reason,some people even in not too advanced an age come down with this debilitating condition.

Check this:He is comparing CNN coverage of rioters storming the US Capitol (assembly)and wanting to assassinate a sitting VP and Speaker (number 3 in secession) to peaceful protesters a thousand kilometres off the seat of government in Abuja;that even at that just blocked a toll plaza.
