To the best of my knowledge there's no new phone with the specs you seek at that price, if you want a new phone then up your budget and get Samsung A31 or A51.
I also have Samsung M31s 6/128 with 6k mah, you'll still need to up your budget a little for that one

the sound quality is dope as for the camera, I can't say cuz I've really not used it to snap, only tested it to see if it's working. I'm not a camera freak

For your no.2 demand, i recommend nokia 2.4, it a pretty device, but the ba3 is 4500mah though it stil perform like normal nokia battery
