Solutions/Support Engineer (Lagos)
I'm looking for a Lagos-based Solution/Support Engineer to join our team at Fieldbase.

Solutions Engineering
Supports business development efforts and identifies opportunities for value creation or new solution development
Research industry products and solutions with the view of integrating them into the company’s existing solutions to create efficiencies/value
Own end-to-end development of solutions ensuring technical and commercial viability

Support Function
Support existing VSAT customers remotely or onsite
Coordinating escalations to Service Providers
Pro-active ownership and management of client issues
Produce usage reports as well as identifying opportunities for additional value capture via connectivity for existing clients
Administering IT applications including but not limited to Zoho applications, HubSpot CRM, Google suite (email and storage)
Administering website and e-commerce platform as well as supporting updates
Conducting onsite/offshore IT audits and management of third-party IT infrastructure

Technologies/Skills
Some or all of the following skills desired: Firewalls, Cisco Networking, VoIP, Remote Access, AWS, Powerpoint, MS365, Google suite, WordPress, Scripting/coding (big advantage), CRM, CCTV

Personality
Geeky with commercial awareness
Entrepreneurial – can develop and productise and idea, working with Business Development Managers
Customer-focused with personal high standards of quality
Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
Very quick learner with a willingness to learn new technologies and work within and outside immediate remit
