Your question they are both the same but their is nothing like holy ghost it's holy Spirit.

The same spirit of God that is independent in the Trinity

The first Trinitarians referred to it as Holy Ghost because they thought God of the Old Testament was JEHOVAH who came to the earth as JESUS and after his death became a GHOST.

But true Christians refer to it as Holy Spirit since they knew that it's God's ACTIVE FORCE!. smiley
