But rent is not that cheap especially if you are a type of person who want high standard house. Rent for duplex in some of these places is around 700k to 1m.

If you can manage flat, you can still get good one around 300k to 500k per annum.

Food is not expensive but not cheap as well

Those areas you mentioned, is power supply like 20 hours or more on the area?

Yeah, sure. It's not impossible. It seems the condition in Nigeria has reconditioned us to believing some things ain't possible in Naija but they are.
