Position: Front Desk Officer.

We seek to engage the services of a young, bubbly female Front Desk Officer to undertake clerical duties.

The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined.

The goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while on our premises.

Academic Qualification: BSc holder in any field.

Responsibilities
• Greet and welcome guests
• Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
• Receive letters, packages and distribute same to appropriate offices
• Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)
• Answer questions and address complaints

Requirements
• Strong communication and people skills
• Customer service orientation
• Proficient in English (oral and written)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Female candidates awaiting NYSC are encouraged to apply
