Please ensure the maximum use of your grey matter. There are people making legitimate money living on BI. Besides, tell me where in this God forsaken country they there aren't investments from proceeds of embezzlement.
That said, LASG get titanium balls.

Urban planning dept needs to visit the real lagos where people just build wat they like and where they feel like.

Some lagosians are building residential houses
under powerline.
Right in the middle of residential areas some people are building churches and mosque disturbing the peace of the environ

Na for lagos dem go build school right next to club or olosho quaters.

So many irregularities, too bad for a Mega city.

Their department should do better.

Those reclaiming the land obviously want to turn it to Plantain Island.

Yes! Buildings without plans or approval should be brought down without mercy before they collapse on innocent tenants.
money settlement doesn’t make a plan and approval right

It’s not enough to demolish buildings and ruin people’s investments. Who are the people who authorised the building of such structures?

Those incompetent or corrupt officials should be punished as well.
