Nigerians are gullible ! Somebody opened our borders for all fulani miscreants in west Africa and even beyond to move into Nigeria and all of a sudden, NiN registration ! Can't you guys see beyond your nose ? Isn't that a smart/crook way of converting those fulanis from Guinea, Niger,Burkina Faso,Mali,Chad,Senegal, Gambia,Cameroon etc to Nigerians over night ? The hegemonic agenda is on course and nothing is going to stop it ! Nigeria must be made the home state of all fulanis in Africa. That s the mission ! Mandating a public institution like NIMC to handle data that will be centralised and accessed by hundreds of other agencies is recipe to disaster. The minister of communication handles no serious data since inception. The telcos and banks have been doing all the job. And why on earth is the NCC spearheading a process a different agency like NIMC as if inter agency rifts won't surface its ugly heads. This minister of communication is just peeping the Nigerian system for a disaster it isn't prepared to handle. The guy is just overexcited and unfortunately he won't be in that seat when the bubble starts to bust. |

samwillyco1: NIN and BVN are both identifying the same individual. After overlaying both data, they're in complete sync, so instead of using two data points to reference one individual making the systems more complicated they use one that's got a much larger scope. I don't see how that's a problem. NIN is already tied with BVN, new passports come with NIN as well. That's the only reasonable way forward. Besides, if BVN is secure why do you think NIN isn't? |
