*INFERTILITY IN MEN*
Nearly 1 in 7 couples is infertile, which means they haven't been able to conceive a child even though they've had frequent, unprotected sexual intercourse for a year or longer. In up to half of these couples, male infertility plays at least a partial role.

Infertility in men may be as a result of hormonal imbalance (Hypogonadism), low sperm count, sperm not moving properly, abnormal sperm shape, infection, testicular cancer klinefeller syndrome.
*KLINEFELLER SYNDROME*
This is known as the extra copy of syndrome (XXY).It is as a result of the father sperm or mother's egg having extra 'X' chromosome so after conception the chromosome pattern is 'XXY' .People born with this syndrome are generally male. It might not cause obvious symptoms in early childhood.
*POSSIBLE FEATURES*
In babies : learning to sit up,crawl,walk,talk later than usual.
In childhood: shyness, low self confidence, problems with reading and writing, mid dyslexia (learning ability)
In teenagers : growing taller than expected (with long arms and legs), broad hips, poor muscle tone, slower than usual, muscle growth reduced facial and health growth, small pens and testicle.
In adulthood: inability to have children naturally, low sex drive, and might cause other development of health problem like cardiovascular disease, osteoporosis, type 2 diabetes, autoimmune disease, hypothyroidism, anxiety, learning difficulties, male breast cancer (very rare).
