C++ is not approprate for web development.

Use either C#, VB.Net, Java servlets, Java Server Pages or PHP

You will find it easier to work with C#, VB.Net or PHP

These both JAVA and C++ are nice and very popular language. But also java is my favourite programing language and it is best server side programing language. I prefer to java scripting language,

Java is best for it; you can'y get a good result with C++ in cases like this.

It's a web job. C++ is out of the question if you are in the 21s century. (not like CGI doesn't work anymore).
I suggest you use either of these:
*ASP.NET -either code from ground up or use the DotNetNuke framework;
*PHP - from ground up or start start from any of drupal or joomla;
*Ruby (the Ruby on Rails framework recommended if you are going the ruby way).

I would suggest Java. Now days Java is using for web apps and machine level programming than C++.

Yeah but did it in just 9hrs so its nt that much interesting, Does all basic stuffs but you would still have to alter the code to do calculations your way. However, i would advice you develop one to your taste instead
