The Lagos state police command has given reasons for arresting 40 persons that participated in the #OccupyLekkiTollgate protest earlier today. A statement released by the spokesperson of the state police command, Muyiwa Adejobi says they were arrested for conspiracy, conduct likely to cause breach of peace, and violation of COVID-19 protocols.
