�Here are the common land measurement unit used in Real Estate:

▶️1. METER (M) - A meter is a basic unit of length used in the metric system. It is equivalent to 100cm or 39.37inches.

▶️ 2. FOOT (FT) - Foot, feet being the plural is another unit for measuring length. It is used in the imperial system of measurement. It is equivalent to 30.48cm or 12inches.

▶️3. SQUARE METERS (SQM)- A Square meter is simply the area of a square which has sides that measure 1meter in length. The sqm is the fundamental metric unit of area. It's symbol is m².

�1 Foot is = 0.3m (using simple maths calculation):
60ft⏭️60×0.3m= 18m
120ft⏭️120×0.3m = 36m

Area= L×B
36m×18m
=648sqm.✔️
