Job Title: Intern - Agriculture Management. (1 position)

Location: Ibadan, Oyo State - Ayede / Erunmu

Job Type : Part-time ( 2 to 3 days per week - Average of 15hrs a week)

Job Description : Under the primary direction of the Agriculture Director, and on occasion, external technical advisors, the successful candidate will assist in the implementation, monitoring, scheduling, guiding and maintenance of equipment and activities related to the operation of the enterprise.

Responsibilities :
* Monitor / track progress of ongoing infrastructure work
* Report on farming activities
* Budget & Expense reporting
* Tools and equipment research and sourcing
* Market research / tracking
* On occasion,
*** Organize, plan and execute farming schedules
*** Supervise farm hands and other workers
* Other operational tasks

Requirements :
* Minimum of 21 years of age
* Undergraduate student
* Ready to learn, ready to suggest, ready to teach
* Understands that mechanization is not just using a tractor, but it is about identifying repeatable task that a machine can perform for automation
* Good communication skills – written and verbal
* All will be considered, however Ibadan and nearby-based applicants would have higher priority

Education :
* Minimum SSCE / WAEC.
* Anyone can apply, however, this position is targeted for, and is ideal for, a student in the Agriculture field in a higher institution

Duration : 9 months (with optional one 6-month extension )

Renumeration: Negotiable + other benefits
