In my observations, President Buhari may have giving up the ghost, He has been called on by prominent Nigerians to address the nation on the issue of insecurity in Nigeria but instead of Buhari to address the nation we have seen different people of Northern extractions addressing the nation. One would have thought If the president is away or critically ill the vice president should address the nation but that’s not the case. General Abubakar has taking the responsibility upon himself to address the nation instead.
