Free visa?

She needs to apbe able to answer a few honest questions, like:

1. Who's paying for it on her behalf or who's issuing the free visa?
2. Will she be going OYO or she'll be attached to the issuer?
3. Is she obligated to repay?
4. Is she going to be free over there to do what she deems fit or she will be obligated to do certain work?
5. Has she been trying to move abroad/to Hongkong or it was just dropped into her laps?
7. Is she ready to learn Chinese?

She has a South African passport.

You have to tell us some things about her. Each country has it's own uniqueness and value. E can't give you advice when we don't have any thing to use in making advise

She returned from s/a during the covid 19,ever since then she has been jobless
Now she felt moving to hongkong to secure a job or menial job would pay her more hence she seek for advice
Secondly,she dont have any contact that can possibly receive her on arrival but her BTA is intact same with her to and fro air ticket.

It's a bad idea to go to any country without having a job secured there before going. Not even a place like Asia. Ask her to check Hong Kong immigration website and see the type of Visa they issue.

But why's she going to do menial job there?. What's her educational level?

That's nice. Your friend should dicth Hong Kong and go to a brtter country for Masters not menial job. She can go to the UK and after study she can still be in the UK for 2 years and work. Even while schooling in the Queen's land she can be working also. 20hrs/week.

She can also go to Germany and her PR will come forth on a short years.

You're welcome. You can ask her how much she's got. That'll determine the country she can go to. Don't pay agents for anything. You can do traveling processing yourself.
