I have never seen or heard of a Southerner as the Controller General of custom. Custom is the most lucrative agency in Nigeria. North doesn't give chance to other tribe in custom.

MY QUESTION IS : IN THE THIS COUNTRY CALLED NIGERIA DO THE SOUTH JUST EXIST FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE NORTH?

Let's just assume it was the "40b" yet only returned 1b and you think stealing big isn't encouraged by the Nigeria system.
