Good evening to you all, I am in a kind of tight spot right now, I was about to set up a business (food and grocery store) so I went to a friend's house for some advice and on getting there, my friend reason a restaurant partnership deal with me.....

Please any ideas I mean the pros and cons of a partnership business..... So as to know if to go ahead with it.
