While 30k is nothing to state actually generating serious revenue, the same can't be said for those generating absolutely nothing.

Normally, I would suggest that the governors thin the herd. This means cutting your workforce to suit the new minimum wage implication.

It's really shameful for Rivers state to be on that list. All the oil revenues,IGR... workers in rivers state are still suffering. No promotion of workers since this administration, pensioners are crying and dying;hoping for their gratuity..
