The solution is for your rogue govt to stop the apartheid and hate system of govt they are operating. Any where in the world where this rogue system exist, there will not be peace. A good example of this is the case of Sudan, at independence, the Sudan govt decided to relegate the southerners to second class citizens. The end result was war that lasted for so many years.
