Is sultan of sokoto a religion leader or a Fulani monarch?
if a religion leader, then the position should be rotated among Yorubas, kanuris,Nupes etc, the way CAN presidency is done.

if he is a Fulani monarch, then other Muslim dont have business taking orders from the sultan of sokoto, like citing moon, declaring religious dates for Nigeria Muslims.
If yorubas or Nupes have to wait for a Fulani monarch to cite the moon before thy can start or end fasting, it's not religion, it's called subjugation and mental slavery. All the Alfas, are they not well educated enough in Islam ?
