It's called taxes.

Uk and Canada have tax to gdp ratios of 33.3% and 30% respectively. Nigeria has a tax to gdp ratio of 5.8%

And with that comes great differences in revenue.

That's why i support the toll. Not because i am a buhari supporter or because i think that we are the best in the world, but because the revenue we earn as a nation is not enough for all of us.
