This means, for you to secure a plot in Diamond Crest Estate,

Stage 1.
You need to deposit a minimum of 30% of the total of land cost + infrastructural cost, at this stage you get a provisional allocation letter, but will not be granted permission to begin development.

Stage 2.
After making the next deposit of 30% making a total deposit of 60%, you would be given a *BUILDING PERMIT*, alongside copies of the building plan. (Free)

Stage 3.
At this stage, the company expects you to start development on site, and expects that you to make the next 20% deposit before or at lintel level, failure to meet up to this obligation will put a pause to your development.

Stage 4.
At this stage the company expects that you make the final deposit of 20%, before or at roofing level, failure to meet up to this obligation will put a pause to your development.

Complete payment of the total cost qualifies you to receive all necessary document, which certifies you to be the legitimate owner of a property in Diamond Crest Estate.

Kindly Note: You're expected to meet up with the next deposit on or before the next two months after the initial deposit. Failure to meet up to time, attracts a 5% charge of total cost in every month of failed obligation.
