Our client, a Manufacturing Company (FMCG) is in dear urgent need of a *Shift Engineer.*

Location:Otta ogun state .
Salary : N200,000 -N230,000

*Reports to :The production manager.

Duties and Responsibilities :-
1 Experience working in injection Molding , Blow Molding, Stretching Blow Molding and injection stretch Blow Molding products and Machinery.
2. Must have mixed experience of Husky,Netstal, Ferromatic and SACMI.
3.Very good experience in process, quality, mild and Molding maintanance and machine maintenance.
4.Monitor to ensure effective production of products to meet standard
5.Monitoring of all machine accessories like dryer, chiller and cooler dehumidifier.
6.checking and recording the process parameter and taking hourly report for each machine.
7.Ensure cleaning of Machine and environs.
8.Monitor trends in waste generation as as to reduce it .
9.Maintain proper record of waste generated.
10.Request are materials needed for each machine.
11.Monitoring the effectiveness of control measures to achieve good production.

Experience with the following Husky hypet 300/400 with version HPP, HPP4.0/Netstal 2000, 6000 AND synergy/ Ferromatic and Milacron 250,350/ ASB 50DPH,70DPH, SACMI.
