The Senior HR Manager shall report directly to the Group HR Director and provide strategic support towards achieving the Heirs Holdings Group key HR objectives. The Senior HR Manager will also be involved in providing management with key strategic advice on all Group HR - related issues.


*Setting objectives for the HR team and tracking progress.

*Designing and implementing company policies that promote a healthy work environment.

*Oversee and manage the Group’s performance appraisal system with the objective of driving performance across the Group.

*Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.

*Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process.

*Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.

*Develop employee career plan for all staff and expand to the Group.

*Develop models for monitoring HR metrics such as turnover rates and cost-per-hire and expand same to the Group.

*Work with Group HR Heads to develop HR budgets in line with strategic intents of their individual businesses.

*Set up procedures to improve organization’s learning and development programs.

*Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations.

*Implement yearly training needs assessment, develop learning and development plans, apply, and monitor the plan and measure impact.

Qualification/Experience Requirement(s):

Proven working experience as HR Manager.

Demonstrable experience with Human.

Resources metrics.

Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
A Master’s degree in Human Resources will be an added advantage

Professional certification such as CIPM, SpHRi, SHRM

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Human Resources
