Today, I was at the site for Ojo Genearal Hospital to assess the progress of the construction which commenced recently

Actualization of this project is very critical as there is no General Hospital in the LGA.

Residents currently seek medical care in neighboring General Hospitals in Badagry and Alimosho LGAs.

@Ojo_LG has strategic infrastructures like @LASU_INFO, the Ojo Military Cantonment and the International Express Way connecting towns and communities along Badagry axis.

The location of the Hospital will enable Lagos residents in the axis access quality healthcare services.

Although the project was conceptualized by previous administration

but @jidesanwoolu’s administration is ensuring its completion in line with APC strategic vision of ensuring continuity in governance.

Therefore, the project contractors, project managers, the project monitoring team including @LASGWorks, @infoLAsiama and my team at LSMOH are committed to ensuring timely completion of the project.

The administration of @jidesawoolu is very happy that construction has commenced. My visit is to access the progress of works and keep Mr. Governor abreast of development.

The project completion duration is 24 months.

The contractors and project teams are determined to keep up with the timeline of execution and to possibly deliver the project ahead of schedule.

Go to your state and let them provide General Hospital or healthcare facilities to all LGAs, 2/3 of Lagos state LGAs have one government health facility.

In the Ojo you mentioned that’s where the Navy hospital is located that’s old Ojo road.

Do you think Health facility is building? Equipping and training of personnel’s is the koko, these are multi billion Naira projects. Which can’t just be deployed anyhow.
