Anywhere on this planet you see black people where 70% are dark and 30-40% are brown to light skin naturally, they have Igbo blood. Also where their men are muscular, broad shoulders, big chest, strong and hairy, all evidence of high testosterone and very good in sports, they have Igbo blood. Igbos belong to a speciifc type of black people called Black Hebrews or Israelite, very different from Hamite/African blacks who are Yorubas and Hausa.

You will find these Igbo blood largely in African Americans, Caribbeans and Liberians. These people look just like Igbos, and nothing like Yorubas, Hausa-Fulani, e.t.c. Also you will find Igbo blood in Igodomigodo Edo state ( the Afamai, Esan, Fugar, Ogbona), who are different and looking nothing like Benin people with Yoruba blood. The Igodomigodo like Igbos come in 70% dark skin and 30% brown to light skin. The Benin Edo people come in 99.99999999% very dark skin like Yorubas or Sudanese.

Some of you will be wondering why is all these important? It's important because you have to understand we are not the same people, our brains don't function the same and the spirit in us is different...this is critical!. The brain and spirit of any human with Igbo blood wants freedom and is quick to revolt. While the brain and spirit of Yoruba and Hausa-Fulani are naturally okay with subservience and are okay with current situation of Fulani ruling over everyone.

That's why they have Emirs, Sultans, Obas, Onis, Shehus that direct the course of their future...whatever they say is final. Igboho tried to do what Kanu is doing in the East but he soon learned that it's impossible because the Alaafins, Onis, Obas and Olus direct the affairs of the Yoruba people. Without them, you cannot do anything!

But Yoruba presence more obvious in Haitian politics and religion, the Haitian revolution was actually started by a Yoruba man bookman, who encouraged the slaves with the presence of Ogun, Yoruba god of war.
Today, Ogun is one of the prominent national deity of Haiti.

Well Igbo's are not the more concentrated African tribe at Haiti but the Fon people of Benin republic who share ancestry with the Yoruba people.

The Haitian religion is called Voodoo, the etymology from the Fon word which means ' spirits'.

Here they come again with deception and twisting history. When have anything Yoruba started a revolution? Start by taking Kwara from Fulani. Haition revolution has been documented and started by Toussaint louverture and Jean-Jacques Dessalines, both Igbo blood.

False narrative. Toussaint L'oveture was a slave of Igbo descent.

was Toussaint L'overture the only leader of the rebellion? more over, I never argued that there is no presence of Igbo descendants, but that they are not the only one, in fact greater number of Haitian population had Fon ancestry, and the Fons shares ancestry with Yoruba people, this obvious in the heavy impact of the Yoruba-Fon religious structure of Haiti which birthed the popular vodun religion.

According to Wikipedia, the African people of Haiti derived from various areas, spanning from Senegal to Congo. Most of which were brought from west Africa, with a considerable number brought from central Africa, some of these groups include those from the former Kongo kingdom( Kongo) Igbo, Benin,Ewe

I didn't dispute the presence of the Fon/Yoruba. I was only pointing out the role of the Igbos in leading the revolution. Aside Jean-Jacques Dessalines, who was among the key figures in the Haitian revolution both Toussaint L'overture and Henri Christophe were of Igbo descent.

cites the source which says the above are Igbo descendants

It is obvious you cannot fond any source to prove that Toussaint Louverture was a Igbo, but thanks to me, this same traced his history to Benin republic which I had supported all along.

' Louverture's family tradition name is grandfather as Gaou Guinou, a son of the king if Allada( Dahomey, not Igbo).

source; Toussaint Louverture: a biography and autobiography. Boston: James Redpath.

Concerning Jean Jacques Dessalines, his ancestry was unknown, according to Wikipedia:

" The identity ofJean Jacques parents, as well as his region ancestral origin in Africa are not known, but most slaves trafficked to Haiti came from west and central west Africa "

From the above quote, it is deduced that Jean Jacques Dessalines ancestral origin is unknown, so how come he is Igbo? where was your source of information.

Henri Christophe origin is disputed, his origin is torn between Bambara ethnic group or igbo , according to Wikipedia.

'Christophe was a former slave of bambara ethnicity in west Africa, and perhaps of Igbo descent'.

It is deducted from the above that Christophe ethnicity is unsure and disputed, which makes it wrong to say he is Igbo, in fact the claim of bambara origin is more plausible, than the Igbo origin, this Is' evidenced in the direct phrase that links Christophe to bambara ethnicity, and link Igbo with " perhaps".

In conclusion, Igbos never led any slave rebellion, but Yorubas do and inspired others to rebel too'.

Now, here is one of the prominent slave rebellion in Brazilian history, The Male slave rebellion led by Yoruba people in Brazil.

Below is pieces of information concerning the rebellion.

' The male revolt, also known as the great revolt was a Muslim slaves rebellion in Brazil, on a Sunday during Ramadan in January 1835 in the city of Salvador da Bahia, a group of enslaved African Muslims and freedmen, inspired by Muslim teachers, rose up against the government.
Muslims are called Male in Bahia at this time, from Yoruba imale that designated a Yoruba Muslim.'

How true is this report?

Yes, a significant number of Haitians descend from SE Nigeria (Igbo) and they have a popular saying in Haiti, 'Ibo pend cor ayo' meaning 'Igbos hang themselves', to indicate their resistance to slavery. Plenty other Igbo cultural markers as well were left behind in Haiti.

I think huge numbers of slaves where taken from badagry area to Benin and the night of biafra where took there. Why do we Igbo and Yorubas have to fight all the time? We got nothing to always quarell about I hate it
