This is what MTN customers in uyo main town are going through...I have been going to the store for two weeks now just to retrieve my loss sim, the most annoying part is that I always go there as early as 5:30am just to write my name down..each day I end up going home by 4pm ,and I wouldn’t do anything, due to poor network, either the network is slow or no network at all .Meanwhile there are a lot of MTN stores in Uyo and they refused to attend to anyone ..unless the main office ..this is so frustrating..I decided to stay till 8pm yesterday to see if I can get this done ..At the end Nothing was done..
