Nothing like half salary but modulated salary. GL 7 downward had their full salary. 8-14 had 75% of theirs, 15 upward had 50%. THIS WAS AN UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN GOVERNMENT AND WORKERS Because of Osun bedridden economy then.
Aregbesola started full payment for workers before he left, HE PAID part of their arrears(from the modulated salary) before he left as well because Osun economy start to boom. The reality is no matter how you lot hate him, he has surpassed ANY Governor we've ever had in Osun in terms of good governance and posterity will remember him for good. we hope his successors break this jinx anyway
