Slavery” of Outsourced/casual workers

You can hardly know the difference between slaves and outsourced/casual workers in many organizations. Many employers treat them as people under a curse. They don’t get promotion, denied health benefits and in some cases, they don’t go on holiday. Some are even asked to work from Saturday to Sunday (back to back). Many are subject to inhumane work conditions. Some are even asked to kneel down when they come to work late. It happens with many Indian, Lebanese and Chinese Companies operating in Nigeria. Some indigenous Nigeria company especially Banks & Oil and gas

Can these foreign companies do these in their countries?
I don’t blame them anyway. They believe all Africans have a price tag!

Watch Out for more!

I still come in peace!!!

The government allows it so the practice will remain commonplace till further notice.
