What is wrong with it?
The government cannot just arrest some people and put them in endless detentions without taking them to court in the past 12 years.
Perhaps,some of them are innocent and how do you deal with that, if some of them were your relatives?

Independent National Electoral Commission is an Independent body and can not be controlled by EFCC. If there is file on the is that conviction? How many people have they convicted anyway?

EVEN IF THEY ARE GUILTY , THEY ARE VERY RIGHT TO SUE THE FG. WHY WILL YOU KEEP THEM FOR 12 YEARS WITHOUT TAKING THEM TO COURT FOR ONCE? They have the right to know thier fate and THE NEWS SAID suspected not even proven guilty yet and you keep them for 12 years. No wonder our prison is getting congested everyday
