We as Nigerians no they see beyond our belly... An average Nigerian man will sell him Papa and Mama if you put food for him belly even if na for one day.

All a governor needs to do to make Nigerians bow and sing their glory is to build a substandard fly over to no where and the people will shout governor project is doing great.

The funny thing is na Lebanese or some oyinbo go get the contract to build the flyover when be say if they build the exact same flyover in their country they will be in jail for fraud.

So so sad indeed. Nigerians are deep foools!

5 years of unpaid salaries ? shocked

This is worrisome and pathetic.

How does the governor expects the affected teachers and dependant to survive this Buhari economy for 5 grueling years without salary ?

This man is callous, and he will be busy donating billions of naira to justices in order to win cases for PDP even out side his state, as if that will make him get presidential ticket.

Before you start calling your generation idiots ..find out if the socalled schools are creations of the state government or what the mentioned institutions created themselves to make money.

The Rivers state government have no hand in their creations and they are not even captured in the state civil service commission...most of you are so daft all you do is insult people on social media you can't stand in their presence just because you have 200mb free data.

Nonsense and ingredients.

...but the noisy buffon don't hesitate to ope his loud mouth to bash other people and even send his people's money out of state to dash other governors while his own teachers can not put food on the table.

What happened to the N75 Billion the N75 Billion refund the FG gave this loud and over-bloated nuisance? Used it to import useless governors from other states to commission mediocre and ego projects. And this is the richest state in Nigeria?

Very sad.

shut up and face your only role model who has nothing to offer than noise making and owning salary. He was dashing out car to politicians and judiciaries up and down but left important salary unpaid and it read no meaning to you but Lagos and Tinubu that is far from your origin is a big things you can concentrate on !

The protesting teachers, who came out with their children, as well as sympathizers from the civil society organizations in the state, said they were from Primary and Secondary Schools in the Rivers State University, the Ignatius Ajuru University of Education, and the Ken Saro–Wiwa Polytechnic, Bori.

Why should the state government pay their salaries instead of the three tertiary institutions that employed them directly?
What is the missing information to complete the story

Are those institutions not owned by the state government?
The teachers are merely skipping the middleman and going to the source.

When it comes to your headache, hallucinations, hypocrisy, crocodile tears and tribal obsessions, owing workers salary and lousy governance is only applicable to Kogi or Osun state, but never the useless, incompetent and do nothing clowns and salary deadbeats right there under your hypocritical nose.

This is why we don't take you, hypocrites, seriously, you ring fake and hollow every time you open your hypocritical mouth.
