Key requirements (qualifications and skills)
1. Bsc In Buisness Administration, Industrial Relation or Related field.

2.Candidate must have 1-3 years experience in Customer Services.

3 .Interpersonal skills

4. High level of professionalism (you are one of the faces of the company!)

5. Positive attitude (can be tough to maintain for some people in the face of an irate customer .

6.Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices.

4. Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research and a Good understanding of social media KPIs.

5. Female Candidate preferably for Gender Balance.

6. Candidate must be ready to resume immediately.

7. Candidate must reside in Lagos Island or Environs
