Adherents of religion cannot truly adhere strictly to religious tenets. Human behavior has little or no room for strict adherence to religious tenets. Hence, you find that only a few people can truly be 99% religious. Moreover, if Satan can be born in heaven so to speak, don't ever expect that people who profess devotion to religion however strict their beliefs are will not misbehave every now and then.

This mentality is why many people still live in grave sin but they keep deceiving thellmselves that they are saved.

You must work out your salvation with fear and trembling.

You dont go on living in sin with the silly excuse that salvation is not by works.
