1. WAREHOUSE/LOGISTICS MANAGER TO WORK IN LAGOS.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Warehouse/Logistics Manager performs various functions in ensuring the smooth operation of the Warehouse and Logistic Operations from our Distribution Centre which includes but not limited to:
 Oversee and monitor quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, and transport costs.
 Keep track of the cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeline targets in meeting stocking requests.
 Organize warehouse, label goods, plot routes, and process shipments.
 Work with other departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures and operations.
 Update and evaluate metrics to assess performance and implement enhancements.
 Oversee the movement, storage, and distribution of goods or materials
 Plan and monitor inbound and outbound deliveries and resolve delivery inconsistencies or delays
 Take care of inquiries or compliance issues related to shipping or transportation matters
 Ensure that shipping documents are well kept, updated, and in compliance with company policy.
 Work in close relationship with the Procurement department, quality assurance, and supply chain analysts in the organization
 Examine, identify, plan and manage special logistics and warehousing processes or operations which involves ensuring that accurate and complete accounting, reporting, and internal control systems are functioning and that all relevant records are accurately maintained.
 Supervise, coach, and train the warehouse workforce
 Work in conformity with laws, regulations, and policies guiding medication handling

REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates must meet the following requirements
 Minimum of 5 years work experience in a retail chain business.
 B.Sc or HND in a related field such as Supply Chain Management, Logistics.
 In-depth knowledge of the consumer goods industry
 Outstanding analytical, problem solving and organizational abilities.
 Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
 Professional qualification will be an advantage
