You are better off relocating to Ghana than to Dubai. Nothing in that place except if you just want to be admiring fine buildings and cars.

Misinformation

Okay. I have a friend who currently has two years visa and working as well. The visa is supposed to expire January next year, but is there anyway she can renew the visa without coming back to Nigeria. Heard she's supposed to leave two months before Visa expires. And what is the law about settling down and having kids there

The information is TOTALLY WRONG

Dubai…….
I lived there for 3 years and no regrets.

Dubai used to be a place filled with opportunities, but things don change. To get a job now isn’t easy, though people still get.

If you have funds, being on your own residence visa is an advantage for you compared to being on a company’s visa ( depends on company). AVOID OVERSTAYING YOUR VISA.

Attest your result from Nigeria before travelling.

Least paid are cleaners/housekeepers/nannies
within the range of #100k to #150k. Construction na die, though I see few Naija guys doing it.

There are too many fake agents who promise you job but they themselves are illegal without jobs. They survive on their victim’s money.

Finally, if u doing fine in Naija, don’t be fooled with sweet stories to abandon your livelihood for greener abi na desert pastures.

Your last paragraph is the main point, but how do you describe DOING FINE?

Nice bro.

About #3, I still believe smoking on the street in Sharjah isn't allowed.

Also, I don't know if alcohol drinking is only applicable to Fujairah alone. Because I know Dubai is mostly the only place you can drink alcohol without fine or jail. I also know that alcohol is illegal in Ajman, that's why I am asking if those things are allowed now in all the states or just Fujairah and Dubai?

Bro, u might be right, my info were mostly based on Dubai. Will find out about the Emirates you mentioned

Doing fine depends on individual aspiration, desire and contentment.

I've experienced guys who resigned from their jobs (100k+ salary) in Naija and came to Dubai, but ended up going back home after 3 months of job search. Some settled for jobs with same pay cos of the stigma that comes with returning home.

I advise people to to always have a plan B.

Settling down and having kids there no easy at all o. Though I know some people who live there with their families. But settling in ain't easy at all. Accommodation, school fees and other expenses.....

I agree with you 100%

If anyone is earning up to 100k in Naija presently, don't look to Dubai, the reason is, In Dubai you have to start from small to big and the situation might be difficult compared to how you are presently earning 100k.

The question is, How many people earn 50k sef?

Before I left I was earning 13k, but today we thank God

More to come in my video.
