Akwa Ibom and Rivers states are not supposed to appear on that list first 25 states.

These two states are so rich that in one state, the governor donates money to other states up to N500m in one instance.

In the second state, a company like Julius Berger tars their village roads.

Uzodinmma is there as we speak, ruining and running down the state as he was instructed to do by Abuja! When he's done, you will be here as usual, to blame the long suffering people of Imo state!
