A very good evening to you all. I run a betting shop and its located in a store with the upstairs for resident tenants ( The ground floor are all shops but people leave upstairs) .

The guy handling the nepa bill brought 5 bills claiming to be brought by Nepa. 4 out of these bills bears 7800 as the amount to be paid while the other has 48,300. Before now the whole building uses one nepa bill.

I know there is a mischief somewhere, which is why i brought up the option of each flat having its prepaid meter and the shops get theirs but some persons kicked against it saying its costly.

I know its a big fat lie, so i would like your opinion.
