Delta state and other oil producing states have been feeding the whole nation for a while now, so much so that whenever oil prices go down, the nation enters recession.

Yet some Yorubas still have the nerve to tell people from those southern states to “Go back to their Village”

Wow!

Yet, tomorrow, you will still go lie down to collect your own “allocation” from oil money.

Honestly, the whole Nigeria should belong to Delta, Rivers...

I am not a tribalist, but I am not a one Nigerianist either.

Ungrateful lot!

Didn't they "Yoruba" paid for the "delta oil" ....

How exactly bro?

Allocation comes to all states of Nigeria in billions.

How exactly are the states paying for the allocation?

VaselineCrew, I always say that Niger Delta people are the biggest losers of one Nigeria project while the Northerners are the biggest gainers.

The truth of the matter is, you guys have to live with that forever because the north can never agree to split Nigeria until crude oil becomes worthless.

Alternatively, if they discover crude oil in a commercial quantity, they may accept to walk away. Little wonder Buhari (through the NNPC) has been investing massively in crude oil prospecting in Nigeria's north - even though he keeps claiming that he wants to diversify the economy.

Until then, you people have to learn to live with it. Unfortunately, your population is even insignificant so you can't do pim. On a second thought, you can team up with the Igbos (another tribe that wants out of the pseudo arrangement) to gain your independence under certain terms and conditions.

This life is not just at times.

Oil producing states have been bastardized, their environments highly polluted, the eco system compromised...

Nigeria continues to milk these states dry, like they are never ending producing heifers.

After all this, some guy in South West has the nerve to say they will send these people packing, while still maintaining One-Nigeria and milking these states. Wow!

It just doesn’t make sense.

If your many state governors over the years haven't been celebrated thieves, your states would have been the most developed and you would have little reason to hustle in Lagos. So when next someone asks you to go back to your village channel your anger to the right people.

Thank you.

Nnamdi Kanu came out and said he wanted Biafra for u guys and u were all jumping about jubilating but u guys never really sat down to think about what the movement really means, that it was going to mean that all non Yorubas will have to leave SW..... now d owner of the lands in SW are speaking reality to u guys and u want to start crying foul.

ibo ppl gat no sense at all, SW does not share a border with them so if they refuse to leave, we will push them all enter lagoon. I don't hate them but the insults they have been hurling at their peaceful host has now become too much and they need to be taught some lessons about life which they refuse to learn even after the civil war.

Yoruba nation will stand, non Yorubas will soon be a foreigner in Lagos and other SW states and nothing any tribe can do about it.

The entire ibos are now claiming to come from Delta.

What's difficult in going back and manage their oyel? The oil in the west is more than enough for the domestic usage in the west.

While making an empty threat, don't forget that Imo gas powers Lagos.

You don't have alternative in the short run if we decide to crumble Lagos by withdrawing those supplies and ND withdraws their oil.

All those southwest urchins will start shouting oduduwa republic because of Lagos, as if it is only their Ancestors that made Lagos what it is. Remove Lagos from the Yoruba and see them shouting one Nigeria. Only the south south region are eligible to call for an independent country as they are the cash cow of the country and has little to show for it.

Stop lying guy no imo supply lagos gas. Gas pipes passed through imo to Lagos that's all.

Are you wondering where the pipe came from I know you are asking yourself why such pipes not pass another route that very close to lagos.

They did that because of national interest in order to promote unity aong the regions. Lagos is supplying Kaduna and Niger gas .why Bauchi supplying Benue and Ebonyi.

Talking rubbish.

Imo gas powers Lagos and those states you mentioned. They were scared of running direct pipeline to the North through the East.

Recently, they are planning to run a new pipeline to Kaduna through Imo again.

The Imo-Lagos gas pipeline flow station is in Warri.

SE has the largest onshore gas reserve in the entire WA.

While you keep threatening Ndi Igbo in Lagos, don't forget we can crumble your economy in minutes.

That is the problem with u guys... u don't really think deep. Do you think the Sw region needs gas from Imo before it will develop or what? Abeg make una take una gas go chop am.... if all ibos and other non Yorubas leave d SW alone, there will be less pressure on the land and I will tell you the resources needed to run Lagos successfully will be reduced by 2/3... by then, Lagos and other SW will be able to run themselves independently without needing help from outside.... what u guys don't know is that your presence on our land is even to our detriment and we should be thanked for being a peaceful host despite it being to our disadvantage.

Yet una dey fear to declare Oduduwa Republic. As long as Nigeria remains one, we will continue to send our brothers to Lagos.

NYSC just discharged new corp members, new Igbos are on their way to Lagos.
