Location: Ibadan Job Type: Full-time Career Level: Junior Responsibilities: - Welcome clients, attend to enquiries and complaints - Answer calls, take messages and handle correspondence - Double as a receptionist - Maintains diaries, prepare and arrange appointments - Type, prepare and collate reports filing - Organize and service meetings (produce agendas and takes minutes) - Manage business databases - Prioritize workloads - Implement new procedures and administrative systems - Liaise with relevant organizations and clients - Coordinate mail-shots and similar publicity tasks - Lodge or process utility bills and expenses - Take up other duties as assigned Requirements and Skills - Basic knowledge in computer operation - Must be welcoming, interactive, and patient - Must have good command of language - Excellent written and verbal communication skill Minimum Qualification Requirements - Minimum of NCE/ND Minimum Experience Less than 1 year Organisation Background A renowned citadel for education and technology services.
