Nigerians in 2015 had two options 1. To vote for a "failed" Jonathan 2. To vote for "to fail" Buhari It is excusable to vote for Buhari, someone whom you are not sure whether he would fail or not, but how do you excuse yourself from voting for Jonathan someone has already obviously failed, those who voted for Jonathan in 2015 don't have sense just like those who voted for Buhari in 2019. 2023?
