Our client is a foremost supplier and experienced provider of customized solutions and services for quick service restaurants, ice cream parlours, professional kitchens and food service establishments. The company has established itself as a reputable market leader in sales and specialized training within its industry since its inception in 1994.

Our client currently seeks for an experienced Accountant who will manage its transactions, accounting records, management and financial reports and attend to finance related issues.

*About the role*:

Job Title: Accountant

Location: Gbagada, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

*Qualifications and Requirements*: BA/BSC/HND in Accounting or related discipline with 3 – 5 years working experience. Accounting professional certification such as ICAN, ACCA is a MUST.

*Job Description*

Handle timely statutory remittance such as FIRS, LIRS, VAT, WHT, CIT, EDT, Annual returns etc.
Handle/manage inventory, petty cash management, stock costing and control
Prepare reconciliations, reports on activity areas on a periodic basis.
Prepare invoice, salary schedule, account payables and receivables
Resolve accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
Liaise with all operational units to monitor movement and transfers
Ensure compliance with all accounting standards
Report to the MD on all financial matters
