This is uncommon for most popular buildings. The real reason this skyscraper in question doesn’t have any windows is a highly classified government secret. And the only reason we know this secret is because of leaked NSA documents and investigating reporting. And this skyscraper in question is known by three names: Some call it the long lines building, some call it 33 Thomas Street while others simply call it AT&T Exchange building.

The cladding on the structure is made of materials that doesn't generate heat. There are some openings.
